Why does shipping take longer than I'm used to?

Where do you ship to?

How are the product materials sourced?

Our products are sourced locally through a network of dedicated drop shippers. By partnering with domestic suppliers, we aim to support local businesses and reduce our carbon footprint. This approach allows us to offer a wide variety of items while ensuring that our supply chain is as efficient and sustainable as possible.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are accurate, but remember that lighting and screen resolutions may impact how they look. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you find that your purchase isn't the perfect fit or isn't quite what you expected, don't worry! You can return the item within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Just make sure the item is in its original condition. We're here to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your Ardsley & Vine experience.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
